Knouen Referral Partner Program

The Knouen Referral Partner Program provides Siebel sales professionals, systems integrators, VARS, professional service consultants and IT influencers the opportunity to earn extra income by confidentially referring companies to Knouen as potential customers of Knouen’s solutions.  Referrals must be North American companies that use the Siebel CRM On-Premise solution (6.1.x and higher).  In return for a qualified prospect, Knouen will pay a $1,000.00 referral fee for those companies that become Knouen customers.

How to Participate:

Any organization or individual can participate in the Knouen Referral Partner Program.  There’s no cost to refer prospects and you can refer as many companies as you like. The stronger the relationship with the prospect and the more information that can be shared about the company (their need, why Knouen would be a good fit, who the decision maker is, timing, and budget availability) the better.  Knouen manages the entire customer relationship process and covers all costs associated to selling, closing, implementing and servicing companies you refer.  Your information is kept private from customers and you will be notified immediately when a sales occurs. 

How to Submit a Referral:

To submit a referral, simply complete the form below with the following details:

  • Prospect’s Information: Contact Name, Title, Phone, E-mail, Company Name, Company Address and the best time to reach the prospect.
  • Opportunity Details:  Prospect’s need; time frame; decision maker’s name; why Knouen’s solutions might be a good fit
  • Referral Partner’s Information: Name, Email, Phone and Address to remit payment.

Once a referral is submitted, Knouen will review the information and determine if the lead qualifies for the program.  A Knouen representative will notify the referral partner of the acceptance or rejection of the prospect within 5 business days.

If the referral is accepted, a Knouen sales representative will contact the lead and engage them in our regular sales process.  Referrals are good for six months from the date of referral.  In the event that a prospect purchases software from Knouen, the referral partner will be contacted immediately and referral fee paid within 30 days after Knouen receives full payment from the customer.
