With the Knouen Sales Assistant enabled, Outlook calendar entries are automatically added to Siebel and logged on the user’s behalf.  Your users control which calendar items are added to Siebel, separating personal entries from buisness related appointments.

When activities are assigned to specific users in Siebel, these are also entered into Outlook automatically. With Knouen OfficeSync’s bi-directional synchronization, your users are assured that any change made to an activity is automatically updated in Outlook and Siebel.
