Knouen OfficeSync 3.0 seamlessly integrates your user's Microsoft Outlook Task List and with their Siebel Activity List.  Users can create tasks in Outlook and with a single click, create the same activity in Siebel. With Knouen Sales Assistant enabled, Outlook tasks are automatically added to Siebel and logged on the user’s behalf.  Your users are also able to control which tasks are added to Siebel, which allows business tasks to be kept separate from personal ones. 

Tasks that are assigned to speific users in Siebel are automatically entered into Outlook. With Knouen OfficeSync’s bi-directional synchronization, users are assured that any change made to a task or activity is automatically updated in Outlook and Siebel.
